LIght Escape - Gallery Oldham

Red and blue cold cathode tubes cross fade to give dynamic colour mixes.

Installed in the fire escape of the new Gallery Oldham designed by architects Pringle Sharrat and Richards the sculpture plays with the idea of hot and cold coloured light to reveal the internal structure of the fire escape stair wells.

Commissioned for Gallery Oldham, 2002.
