FLOODLIGHTS - changing spaces

 

Rhythm Blue, River Wey, Guildford.

Rhythm Blue. A concrete bridge is transformed using shades of deep blue reflecting across both sides of the river. The floodlights create a new and regenerative ambience for the area.

 

 

Loggia at Christmas, Tate Gallery, St Ives.

Loggia Floodlight, painting in light .The architecture transformed with the barest intervention. This project was one of a series of projects to realise light installations celebrating Christmas.

 

Shadows and Reflections, St Erth, St Ives International.

Shadows and Reflections. A disused waiting room at St Erth railway station becomes alive with crossfading coloured lights. Created for the exhibition 'a quality of light' organised by St Ives International.
